Therefore, our company held a spring conference in this good season where everyone’s sharing has great importance.
The employees of Henan Ruiqite Chemical Co., Ltd. has always been working and studying with righting heart, righting mind, righting behavior and righting result. Our company has always respected filial piety and advocated to spend more time with family, do more things for family, such as more listening, more understanding and more care. In this way, we will also get more support from our family in our career.
By sharing and selecting the top three employees, Mr. Chen, our chairman, gave them financial rewards so that employees can do a filial piety to their parents and do their duty to families.
The first is Liu Jianli, the editor-in-chief of the editorial department, who shared the video of helping his parents wash their feet. By watching the video, we can see that he is a very responsible, filial and caring person. Sometimes, a word can really make parents relieve all the pain and sorrow, for example,‘Mom and Dad, thank you for your hard work’. Finally, Mr. Liu's father also recorded a video to express his gratitude and wished that our company will be better and better.
The next is Minister Liu Xiyang from art department. By his sharing, we can know his fulfilling and meaningful holiday life. Mr. Liu has really done his duty as a father, a husband, and a son. Mr. Liu helped his parents to wash their feet which deeply moved his only four-year-old son, so his son volunteered to slap his parents on the back. Thus it can be seen that teaching by precept and example is really very important, which can inherit Chinese traditional filial piety culture in imperceptible, better educate the next generation and affect everyone around.
Finally, Yin Ruifang, the director of operations, also did a lot of things for her family during the holiday. Her family all went out to work, and they can only see each other several times a year, so they cherish each meeting chance. Yin’s sharing also has won unanimous praise of all of us.
In addition, other colleagues’ sharing of our company is also very great. Through the interaction with the family, let the relatives really feel our growth. Finally, Mr. Chen gave a high price based on the sharing, and suggested that such activities should be held several times every year.
